Our Hiring Process

1. Application

When we receive a request to fill a vacancy, we ask applicants to submit their CVs directly through our site. We then review all submissions and select the most suitable candidates for further consideration.

2. Initial Interview

We invite selected candidates for an initial interview to assess their skills, work experience, and personal qualities. Interviews can be conducted via phone, Zoom, or in person at our office.

3. Review

At this stage, we gather feedback from previous employers to verify the information provided in the applicant’s resume and during the initial interview. We are committed to a thorough and responsible hiring process.

4. Background Check

We work exclusively with candidates who adhere to all U.S. labor laws. We carefully review all official documents submitted.

5. Technical Interview

We schedule technical interviews for candidates who have successfully completed all previous stages. These interviews are conducted with company representatives, such as a team lead or project manager.

6. Job Offer

Following the technical interview, we select the most suitable candidate in making a job offer. We also address any remaining details. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and satisfactory hiring process.
